Project Leader Profile - Quentin C Beningfield

Quentins love for helping began at primary school helping his Mum, Naomi Beningfield, who was an Outreach Worker for the Red Cross visiting orphanages, hospitals and clinics delivering clothes, blankets and food in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. He often played with orphan children as he waited for his Mum to finish work and helped in the projects.

Quentin grew to love sport whilst at primary school in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa, and excelled in hockey and cricket, becoming a highly sought after coach in the region doing developmental coaching clinics in townships with the SA Cricket Board, through Border Cricket and Eastern Province Cricket Board.He later went on to play and coach in England, work with refugees in France and Belgium and help on the streets of London with homeless people.
